Diagnosis: X-ray films: Dilated stomach and stretched out C loop of the duodenum due to strangulation of the inferior portion of the duodenum by the root of the mesentery. 9 Vomiting due to Psychogenic Causes Bruns' Syndrome Patients with Bruns' syndrome have periodic headaches, vomiting, vertigo, and imbalance after postural or positional changes.
